Motherland(s) Maritime is a limited-edition cotton scarf. A hand-drawn celebration of every African and Caribbean nation that has ever been (under)represented and competed in the World Cup. Reminiscent of maritime signal flags, each country’s flag is a marker of identity, heritage and the sea-crossing journeys that shaped the diaspora we come from. Wear it to the match, to the parade, to the party…or simply because your colors deserve to be carried.
You will receive both scarves and the coordinating keepsake pouch.

• the 100% silk satin scarf is 35" L x 35" H
• the cotton scarf is 26” L x 26” H
• care instructions: FOR SILK: hand wash with mild (silk-safe) detergent; to dry: do not wring/twist, instead roll up in a towel, lay flat and air dry; okay to steam or iron in low heat (on the reverse side) once dry
